All exploration drilling operations in South Africa are regulated by the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 and so drilling contractors, manufacturers and suppliers have a very significant responsibility to ensure that drilling operations are conducted in a way that does not endanger the health or safety of any person. To meet this responsibility, the minimum that a contractor or manufacturer or supplier must do is to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Act.

It follows that in order to comply, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers need a very good understanding of what the Act requires of them. This webinar series has been designed to do just that - to give you an understanding of what the implications of the Act are and what you need to do to ensure that your equipment and / or operations stay on the correct side of the law!

If you are a drilling contractor an equipment manufacturer or a supplier of anything that is used on an exploration drilling project then, this webinar series is for you!

Register to join our webinar series to get a very good and concise understanding of the legislation and what you need to do to comply.
