DrillSafe Features at the GSSA Geoskills Day!

Colin Rice using the opportunity of the GSSA Geoskills day to spread awareness about safety on our drill sites as well as DrillSafe.

The Geological Society of South Africa recently held a Geoskills day, aimed at graduates and new entrants in the mining industry. The title of the Geoskills day was "Foundations for a Geological Career".

There were a number of informative talks over the three days, one of which was by Colin Rice of Colin Rice Exploration and Training (Pty) Ltd. Colin used this opportunity to discuss the need for Drill Site Safety training as well as the DrillSafe initiative. We are proud that a number of young geologists that attended the Geoskills day have signed up and are now part of the DrillSafe Community
